Gearing Up for the 2016 Trip

We're gearing up for the 2016 trip, which will involve a larger number of students from Butler than ever before, as well as students from Christian Theological Seminary. And so let me revive this blog - which we'll be using to post and discuss reflections about our readings in the time prior to the trip, as well as photos while we're there.

For those who may be interested, there is a Facebook page for the trip which you can visit here:
https://www.facebook.com/BUIsraelTrip/

The syllabus for the course can be found here: https://blue.butler.edu/~jfmcgrat/israel/

There are lots of sites that provide information that can be useful for those traveling to Israel and the West Bank. But there is also a post on this topic right here on the course blog, too: http://fromindianapolistoisrael.blogspot.com/2012/05/travel-tips-for-visiting-israel-and.html

And for those who aren't going but wish they were, let me share some links to sites that allow virtual visits - not like actually going, but better than nothing!
